Ingredients

  • 4 Sirloin Beef Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Musted Paste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Softened Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chili Flask (Optional )
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • As for salt and pepper

  • In a  large bowl add all ingredients into beef steak mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Place the cut of meat within the pan during a single layer; you will get to add batches reckoning on the scale of your pan.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring sometimestill golden brown. Repeat with remaining meat if needed.
  • Repeat with remaining meat if needed.
  • Add the butter and garlic to the pan; cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat within the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
