Today I am making Puff Pastry Recipe with mutton mince filling. Simple ingredients tasty recipe. good for kid lunch Ideas and snack time.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mutton mince wash and dry
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • chopped coriander and green chili chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry

Instructions

  • In a pan add oil, once the oil is hot add chopped onion mix and saute.
  • Now add mutton mince and ginger garlic mix well and properly saute. add salt to taste.
  • Once the mince is sauteed and all mince water is dry, add black pepper powder and white pepper.
  • Now add chopped coriander and chopped green chili.
  • Mutton mince is ready and waiting to cool down.

Now filling a Puff Pastry:

  • Open the puff pastry sheet, and cut it into individual square pieces.
  • Each square puff serves mutton staff.
  • oven temp 180c preheat oven baking time 20 to 25 min.
