Pakistani Chicken Tikka Marinade Recipe

Pakistani Chicken Tikka Marinade Recipe is traditionally small pieces of boneless or with bone chicken baked using skewer stick and marinade Indian spices and yogurt or fresh lemon juice. The pieces brush with butter or ghee.

Ingredients

  • 2 kg of chicken leg and thai
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp allspice powder ( garam masala powder )
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp green chili paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil
  •  

Instructions

  • Frist, chicken wash and dry 
  • In a large mixing bowl add chili powder, coriander, turmaric, allspice powder, ginger garlic, yogurt, green chili paste, oil mix altogether make a paste.
  • Add all chicken pieces mix very well and marinate for 6 hours. 
  • After marinating, the outdoor charcoal grill, adds one by one chicken pieces.
  • Each side cooking time 8 to 10 min. 
  • Once chicken tikka golden color, smokey tender juicy Pakistani Chicken Tikka Marinade Recipe ready to eat.
