1Whole Chicken Cut into 10 pieces
4Large Tomatoes Cut into Cubes
6Fresh Green Chili
2tbspFresh Ginger Chopped
1tbspDry fenugreek leaves
1tbspRed chili powder
1tspCoriander powder
1tspCumin powder
1/2CupOil
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a Wok, medium heat adds oil, once oil is hot add chicken pieces, and fry until chicken is light golden.Next add chopped ginger, Sliced green chili, salt mix well, and saute 5 min.
Then add tomatoes and all spices powder mix and cover up 10 min, after 10 min tomatoes are soft and tender.Add yogurt and saute 5 min then add Dry fenugreek leaves and simmer 5 min After 5 min chicken karahi, is ready garnish with Julin ginger.Serve with naan, chapati,
