Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 3 Tomatoes cut into Cube
  • 2 Red Onions cut into cube
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • Use Chopping board all vegetables cut into( slice or cube )In a large bowl add all vegetables.DRESSING:In a bowl add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, mix well.Pour all mixture in a vegetable mix well.Keep in the fridge.Serve chilled.
