First cook spaghettiAccording to package directions, then drain spaghetti water.
Cut into slice all vegetables, keep it another plate,
I am using fresh shrimp, wash, and deveined.
In a boil 2 eggs wicks, with salt or pepper.
In a large pan add little oil, and make an egg omelet fry and keep it another
plate.
In the same pan add chopped garlic saute, adds onion, then shrimps, cook 7 min until
shrimps cook, ( not overcook ) then add all vegetables, fry eggs mix well, add
all seasoning mix, cook 6 min, then add boiled spaghetti, add little pepper, and salt.
mix well. simmer 5 min.
Ready to eat serve hot.
