Ingredients
1large chicken cut into medium pieces
1tbspwhole spices( Cumin seed 1 tsp, 2 black cardamons, 6 whole black pepper, 3 green cardamoms, 2 cloves, )
1cupfried onion
1large onion finely chopped
1stick cinnamon
1tbspcoriander powder
1/4tspturmeric powder
1 1/2tspred chili powder
1/2tspallspice powder
1tbspginger garlic
1cupthick yogurt
1/2cupoil
Instructions
In a large cooking pot add oil, once oil hot. Then add whole spices 2 min saute. Now add chopped onion fry light golden.
Then add chicken pieces saute 5 min. Now add all spices powder and salt.
Add yogurt and fried onion mix well and saute 5 min.
Now add 1 cup of hot water. Cooking time 12 min medium heat.
