Ingredients
CHICKEN MEATBALLS:
1KgChicken breasts, minced
1tspgreen chilis paste
1tspginger garlic paste
1tspRaw papaya paste
1tspblack pepper powder
1tbspthick yogurt
1tbspbutter or ghee
1tspcoriander powder
1tspred chili powder
1/2tspturmeric powder
Salt to taste
FOR GRAVY:
2medium onion paste
1/2cupoil
Mix whole spices ( cinnamon stick, 2 black cardamons, 2 green cardamons, 10 whole black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 4 cloves.
1tbspginger garlic paste
1tbspcoriander powder
1tbspred chili powder
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2cupyogurt
salt to taste
Fresh chopped coriander leaf.
2 to 3green chilis
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients
1 Kg Chicken breasts, minced
1 tsp green chilis paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Raw papaya paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp thick yogurt
1 tbsp butter or ghee
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Mix very well altogether, Make medium sizechicken balls.
Ready For Gravy:
In a pan add 1/2 cup of oil, add onion paste saute for 2 to 3 min.
Now add ginger garlic paste mix and saute.
Now add a little bit of water mix.
Times to add all spices powder ( red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to taste.
Saute all masala for 2 to 3 min, Now add 1/2 cup yogurt and mix well.
Add all chicken balls highly mix add 1 cup hot water.
