Chicken Fry Recipe Indian

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pieces of chicken legs ( wash and dry )
  • 1 tsp dry chili flash
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 cups dry flour
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add dry chili flash, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt to taste, yogurt, vinegar, turmeric powder, and black pepper powder mix altogether very well.
  • Now adds chicken pieces and mix well. Marination time 20 min.

STEP 2:

  • In a deep bowl add dry flour for coating.
  • One by one add chicken pieces to the dry flour mixture, Make sure the chicken pieces are fully coated in dry flour. 

FOR FRYING:

  • In a pan add oil for deep frying, Once the oil is medium hot add chicken pieces.
  • Fry until chicken pieces tender, crispy golden fry.
  • Serve with sauce.
