Beef Shawarma Wrap Recipe

Beef Shawarma Wrap Recipe, you make your own shawarma spice at home. serve with pita bread with salad. Middle Eastern meat shawarma typically made of perfectly spiced layers of tender beef and lamb grilled on a large rotating spit. When ready, the meat is shaved off the spit and assembled into sandwiches or pita wrap.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef Steak cut into thin slices
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 packet pita bread

FOR ASSEMBLY

  • Homemade Potatoes fries
  • Fresh parsley leaves chopped
  • 2 onion sliced
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Homemade garlic mayo sauce

Instructions

  • First seasoning beef steak with salt paprika powder, black pepper, garlic powder, mix very well. marinated 30 min.
  • In a grilled pan add 2 tbsp oil, once oil hot add one by one steak pieces. each side 6 to 7 min.
  • And done.
  • Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 6 to 7 minutes. Cut against the grain into thin slices.
  • Serve beef shawarma in a pita wraps with tahini sauce (or hummus) and arugula, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Enjoy!
