Ingredients
1kgBeef Steak cut into thin slices
2tsppaprika powder
2tspgarlic powder
2tspblack pepper powder
2tbspoil
1tspsalt to taste
1packet pita bread
FOR ASSEMBLY
Homemade Potatoes fries
Fresh parsley leaves chopped
2onion sliced
2tomatoes sliced
1cupHomemade garlic mayo sauce
Instructions
First seasoning beef steak with salt paprika powder, black pepper, garlic powder, mix very well. marinated 30 min.
In a grilled pan add 2 tbsp oil, once oil hot add one by one steak pieces. each side 6 to 7 min.
And done.
Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 6 to 7 minutes. Cut against the grain into thin slices.
Serve beef shawarma in a pita wraps with tahini sauce (or hummus) and arugula, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Enjoy!
