Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb rib chops ( wash and dry )
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil
  •  

Instructions

Marinade Lamb Chops

  • In a large bowl add lamb chops. Add red chilis, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice, black pepper powder, yogurt, and salt.
  • Mix very well, Marination time 3 hours.
  • After marination, In a large cooking pan, add oil, once the oil is hot add one by one lamb chops.
  • Each side's cooking time is 5 to 6 min. when chops both sides turn a golden color.
  • Take it out all chops.
  • Serve with salad and yogurt dip.
