Aloo Gobi Recipe is a conventional dish wherein potatoes (aloo) and cauliflower (gobi) are cooked in an onion-tomato masala (or essentially, curry).
Cauliflower and potatoes are both flavor-engrossing vegetables (like zucchini), so it's nothing unexpected that they make an astonishing curry.
