Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 4 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 4 Whole Green Chili
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • corinder leave chopped

Instructions

  • In a pan add oil, once oil become hot add chopped onion saute unti soft
  • Now add chopped tomatoes mix and cover up just 5 min.
  • Add red chili powder, turmaric powder, salt mix well.
    Add 1/4 cup water, Now masala is smooth texture.
  • Add break the eggs one by one.
  • Add some green chilis, chopped coriander leaves.
  • cover up and simmer for 6 min.
