Afghan Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe

Afghan Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe is The cuisine of the Pashtun people covers in Peshawar cuisine. and also like Lahore or Karachi. Simple ingredients and spices add in lamb. Use lamb fat to make lamb kebab soft and juicy.

Ingredients

  • 3 KG lamb chops or mutton chops
  • 2 large onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp green chili paste
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 to 4 tbsp papaya paste
  • 4 tbsp thick yogurt
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl. Add  2 large onion sliced, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 to 4 tbsp papaya paste, 4 tbsp thick yogurt, salt to taste mix well.
  • Marination overnight or 24 hours.
  • The next day I make charcoal hot grilled. And add one by one-pieces laying. 
  • Each side 7 to 8 min cooked, then flip another side 7 to 8 min.
  •  Both side lamb chops golden color. 
  • Serve with green chatni and toondoori naan.
