Ingredients
3KGlamb chops or mutton chops
2large onion sliced
2tbspgreen chili paste
2tbspginger garlic paste
3 to 4tbsppapaya paste
4tbspthick yogurt
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl. Add 2 large onion sliced, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 to 4 tbsp papaya paste, 4 tbsp thick yogurt, salt to taste mix well.
Marination overnight or 24 hours.
The next day I make charcoal hot grilled. And add one by one-pieces laying.
Each side 7 to 8 min cooked, then flip another side 7 to 8 min.
