Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless tamarind
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 whole seedless dates
  • 1 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add seedless tamarind, add 2 cup water.

  • Once tamarind water is boling, add seedless dates.

  • Add dry ginger powder, chili flakes, sugar, salt. Mix well and cooked until dates tender, soft.
