Ingredients
1cupseedless tamarind
1cupwater
6whole seedless dates
1tspDry ginger powder
1tspsalt
1tspdry chili flakes
1/2cupsugar
Instructions
In a saucepan add seedless tamarind, add 2 cup water.
Once tamarind water is boling, add seedless dates.
Add dry ginger powder, chili flakes, sugar, salt. Mix well and cooked until dates tender, soft.
Once dates, all spices is mix and cooked.
The mixture would thicken. Let the imli chutney mixture cool.
When cooled, store the imli chutney in an air-tight dry jar or container. Refrigerate and serve. any type of samosa, dahi vada, chat.
