Tamatar ki Chutney Pakistani

A finger-licking Tamatar ki Chutney Pakistani good tangy and spicy chutney made with tomato and other basic spices is a must-have dipped for chips, serving pairs with various types of snacks and side dishes. In this recipe, you can learn how to make it in a few easy steps. 

Tamatar ki Chutney Pakistani Recipe

  • In a cooking pan add tomatoes, add half cup hot water, cover up cooking time 10 min.
  • After 10 min tomatoes are soft and I am using a hand masher, to mash tomatoes. Keep it aside.

Next to other small pan adds oil, lightly hot oil then add garlic, dry chili, curry leaves, cumin seeds, lightly golden color fry add all ( Tarka ) in tomatoes mixture. mix very well add salt to test.

Sweet and Spicy Tomato Chutney is a delicious tomato sauce flavored with ginger and green chilies.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Tomatoes Cut Into Slices
  • 1 tsp Whole Cumin Seeds
  • 7 to 8 Fresh Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garlic slices
  • 8 Whole Dry Red Chilis
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions

  • In a cooking pan add tomatoes, add half cup hot water, cover up cooking time 10 min.

  • Next other small pan add oil, lightly hot oil then add garlic, dry chili, curry leaves, cumin seeds, lightly golden color fry add all ( Tarka ) in tomatoes mixture. mix very well add salt to test.
  • Tomato chutney is ready to serve with sandwich and dosa, serve or store in the refrigerator.
