Ingredients
1 cup red capsicum cut into cubes

2 green chilis cut into slice
6 cloves garlic cut into slice
1 cup tomatoes paste
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp hot chili sauce
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp cone flour powder, dissolve in 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
salt to taste
1 tbsp Chinese saltĀ
Instructions
In cooking, wok adds 1/4 cup oil. Once oil hot add garlic slices fry 2 to 3 min.
Now add all vegetables and high flame stir fry 2 to 3 min.
Add salt mix 1 min and take it out on a plate.
Now the same wok adds tomato paste add 1/2 tsp salt in gravy.
Now add red chili sauce, white and black pepper powder, soya sauce mix well.
Add all fried vegetables just 2 min cook. Add dissolve cone flour for thickness.
