Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops wash and dry
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp dry parsley powder
- 2 cup bread crumb
- 1/2 cup oil for frying
- In a boil add lamb chops, salt, pepper, and red chili powder mix well. Marination time for 30 min.
- In another large bowl add bread crumbs, dry parsley mix well all together.
- another bowl 2 eggs beaten keep it separately.
- First lamb chops dip in egg mixture thenĀ coating lamb chops in these crumbs.
- In a pan add oil for shallow frying, once oil is medium hot add one by one chop.
- Each side’s cooking time is 6 min. both sides are golden in color fry.
- Ready to eat.
