Today I make Chicken Korma Restaurant Style a very tasty simple method but the taste was authentic. Everyone makes it at home easily. Especially beginners. Let’s start.

If you’ve never tried your hand at making food at home, this should definitely be your starter recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Whole Chicken Cut Into Medium Pieces
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Cups Fried Onion
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1/2  Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • WHOLE SPICES
  • 2  Whole Black Cardamon
  • 5  Whole Cloves
  • 2  Stick Cinamon
  • 6  Whole Green Cardamon
  • 8 Whole Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First in large bowl marinate all chicken with all dry spices, add ginger garlic paste mix well. 1 hour marinated.

After 1 hour In a cooking pot add 1/2 cup oil and add all marinated chicken. cover up cook 20 min.

In a grinder add yogurt and fried onion and make it paste.

chicken is almost done then add all onion and yogurt paste mix well cook 5 min.

Some Tips For Make Recipe More Tasty

  • Fry onion until light golden color, not a dark color. It makes a dark color Korma does not look good.
  • Chicken marination with dry spices and yogurt at least an hour.
