Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken sausage
- 1 medium onion cut into a big chunk
- 1 capsicum cut into a chunk
- 1 cup mushroom sliced
- 5 to 6 basil leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
Instructions
- In a large pan add olive oil, once oil is medium hot add all Sausage and stir fry for 2 to 3 min.
- The sausage is already done. keep it out all on a plate.
- In the same pan add 2 tbsp olive oil add chopped garlic, onion, pepper, and mushrooms. and stir fry for 2 to 3 min,
- Then add all fried Sausage mix very well, add 2 pinch salt and pepper, and fresh basil leaves. Mix well.
