In a large pan add chicken broth, Sliced Mushrooms, Sliced Carrot, and Boiled chicken shredded all mix in a pan.

Once the broth is boiled add sliced tofu and add all spices ( vinegar, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt mix well.

Next cornflour dissolves in water and add-in soup mixture slowly mixes. and the stock has thickened slightly, about 3 minutes. then 1 egg white add slowly mix. serve with chopped spring onion and enjoy with prawn crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Boiled Chicken Shredded
  • 1 1/2 Litter  Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Mushroom Cut Into Fine Slices
  • 1 Cup Carrot Cut Into Fine Slices
  • 1 Cup Silken Tofu Cut Into Slices
  • 1/1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Cone flour ( desolve in half cup water )
  • 2 tbsp Hot Chilli Sauce
  • Salt To Taste
