Hanifia Hunter Beef Burger Recipe

In my Hunter Beef Recipe, I am following some secret tricks to make more soft juicy Hunter Beef.

  • First marination time for beef 2 days in the fridge.
  • Well proper seasoning
  • Preheat oven and cooking time for almost 3 hours.
  • After the cooked beef resting time 30 min. It helps to make good slices

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 kg Beef Chunk   ( Big piece )
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ground Black pepper
  • 1 Whole Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 little water

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl adds beef chunk, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt, soya sauce. Now add 1 litter water mix, and cover-up.  resting time 2 days in the fridge.

After 2 days throw out all water.  In a baking pan add beef cover-up full ammonium foil.  Preheat oven 180 C  cooking time 3 hours.

After cooking beef resting time is 30 min. Now make good slices.

You can serve with a burger, sandwich.
