10 to 15chicken drumsticks with skin
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp hot chili sauce
1 tbsp musted paste
3 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste
2 cup white flour
1 tbsp Chinese salt
Instructions
Marination:
In a large bowl add red chili powder, ginger powder, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, hot chili sauce, musted paste, vinegar, Chinese salt, cooking salt mix well all together.
Now add chicken to this mixture mix very well. Marination time 6 hours.
Coating:
In a large bowl add 2 cups dry flour. add chicken drumsticks one by one and dry coating all drumsticks. Make sure proper dry coating all pieces.
FRYING:
In a pan add oil for deep frying. Once the oil is right hot temperature. Add chicken drumsticks. The cooking time is 12 to 15 min. until golden color.
