1 large chicken cut into medium pieces

1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 cup thick yogurt
1/2 cup oil
In a large cooking pot add oil, once oil hot. Then add whole spices 2 min saute. Now add chopped onion fry light golden.
Then add chicken pieces saute 5 min. Now add all spices powder and salt.
Add yogurt and fried onion mix well and saute 5 min.
Now add 1 cup of hot water. Cooking time 12 min medium heat.
Now ready to serve with tandoori naan, chapati, etc
