INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl add whole chicken, yogurt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 /1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp orange food color, Half lemon juice. Mix very well.
Marination time 6 hours.
In an instant pot pressure cooker add a steel rack inside and on a top marinated chicken place in.
Add 1 cup water to the cooker for steaming. Cooking time 12 min.
After steamed another dip wok add oil for deep frying.
